Melissa graduated with a degree in Hospitality and Business Management from Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies in 2000. She subsequently worked within five star luxury hotels in Central London including The Lanesborough, The Bentley and Jumeirah Carlton Tower, gaining experience in Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Front Office, Conference and Events, and Executive Assistant roles. She is extremely motivated and passionate about the hospitality industry. She understands the importance of outstanding customer service.
Melissa joined Portfolio in 2008 recruiting for roles within Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Engineering. Her broad industry experience allows her to understand the requirements of both the client and candidate in ensuring the best introductions for both parties.
