Andrew has 11 years experience, love and commitment to the Food and Beverage Industry. His passion for the finest kitchens and wine has taken him from his native Poland  to London, where he was able to oversee whole operations of venues and learn how to provide exceptional service exceeding customers’ expectations. He is proud to present an astonishing knowledge of Italian wine and cuisine.

Andrew has joined Portfolio’s international division as a Recruitment Consultant, where his deep understanding of hospitality and knowledge of restaurant management is absolutely indispensable. Being fluent in 3 languages, and still learning others, makes Andrew an excellent communicator.
