Jennifer Hu biography

Jennifer Hu
 A Dutch national and raised in a restaurant family, Jennifer graduated from CHN University, The Netherlands with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management.  With over 12 years of working experience in China and Hong Kong, including tenures in Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton and Shangri-La hotels, Jennifer has first hand experience of the demands and rigours of the industry.

Prior to working in the field of executive recruitment, Jennifer headed the hotel department in one of the world's leading wholesalers of hotels and services to the travel industry. 

Jennifer joined Portfolio with the opening of the new office in Hong Kong in January 2007. Jennifer specialises in senior Food & Beverage/Chefs placements in Asia.
