Having joined Portfolio in 2005 initially within the Branded Restaurants and Leisure Division, Sam has recently moved over to the Contract Catering Team. Her 10 years successful operational experience in hospitality gives her a wealth of knowledge about this industry and a good understanding of  both what Portfolio's clients and candidates look for as well as pressures of working within this dynamic industry.

Sam specialises in the recruitment for Venues, Events, Commercial Contacts and Stadia, within London, the Home Counties and the South of England.
