Deborah is a graduate of Brunel University with Bsc (Hons) in Sports Science and Leisure Management and 10 years experience working as a Manager within the Leisure and Hospitality sector.

Deborah started her career with David Lloyd Leisure as an Assistant Manager but was quickly promoted to General Manager of a Ten Pin Bowling Centre. After several years with David Lloyd she joined Mitchells & Butlers in their Hollywood Bowl brand where she worked for 3 years as a General Manager. Deborah left Hollywood Bowl to work as a Cluster Manager for Travelodge hotels for just over a year until joining the team at Portfolio.

Deborah is passionate about customer service standards and investing in people! She believes that successful people in this sector need a strong skill set along with a great personality and enthusiasm. She strongly believes in the transferability of skills and has success matching the right people with the right business.
