Executive Search

When undertaking executive search based assignments, and where applicable, we use specialist research support and this contributes to the breadth we can give senior management recruitment.

Executive Search is the most sophisticated recruitment methodology available but it is individually target orientated and therefore only recommended for senior appointments and where the salary is in excess of £50,000. In exceptional circumstances the approach can be used at lower level IF the target market is small and very specialist.

 

Advertising-Based Selection

Working in conjunction with our appointed advertising agency, we are able to handle national and trade advertising based assignments.

Our policy is to handle all aspects including media selection, copywriting, response handling, screening and selection through to shortlisting ultimately presenting some four or five applicants.

We are fully geared to handling project based assignment advertising where speed of response and acknowledgement is the key. This can be cost effective where you do not require full selection but where your administration resources would be heavily strained handling the response.

 

Database Recruitment

This service and facility centres around our specialist sector database which presently contains in excess of 25,000 files.

Within the database we divide candidates into two categories:-

  • Current (active candidates).
  • 'Dead' files (those candidates who we have placed and are 'off-limits', or have advised us that they are no longer looking).

The merits and philosophy behind this facility are simple. It provides us with instant access to a wide network of industry experts enabling us to support clients who have short, medium and longer term requirements.
