Job Specification

Important role within a Real Estate Acquisitions Management Team. The associate will work with hotel and other asset classes within a European fund. Individual has gained experience within the finance department of an asset management group or a large corporate hotel chain working at an analytical level; or in the corporate finance team within one of the major accounting firms with exposure to hotels; or has prior experience in an associate role of a private equity firm or other real estate investment bank.

Responsibilities include feasibility and underwriting, preparation, and tracking of asset business plans/exit strategies, maintaining and managing cash flow models, preparing underwriting packages for 3rd party financings and sale packages, financial modelling, perform PV analysis on proposals, interacting with agents, sale brokers, and originators, and critiquing/tracking of operating and construction budgets and providing analytical support and providing proposals and reports to Acquisitions VP.

The ability to speak other foreign languages is a plus.

Remuneration

£ 60 – 85 K, plus benefits
